About the role
Psycho Bunny is a rebelliously refined clothing brand with over 200 points of sales worldwide. This position involves assisting with store visual directives, maintaining housekeeping standards, using computer systems for transactions, and fostering long-term customer relationships.Responsibilities
- Assist with store visual directives and maintain housekeeping standards.
- Develop a full understanding of computer systems to ring transactions and perform other functions like merchandise transfers and order fulfillment.
- Protect store assets and inventory through loss prevention procedures and report any violations to a supervisor.
- Employ an authentic approach to clienteling and building long-term relationships with customers with a focus on building sales.
- Build a highly satisfied and loyal customer base through engagement, conversion, and capturing customer phone and email.
- Assist with all other duties as required by store management.
Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience.
- Naturally competitive and outgoing personality.
- A passion for providing outstanding customer service.
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication skills and ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.
