About the role

The Sales Associate at Tanger Outlets (on-site) plays a crucial role in ensuring a consistently high customer experience within the store, aligning with Psycho Bunny's core values and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store’s visual directives and maintain housekeeping standards.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of computer systems to ring transactions, perform merchandise transfers, and fulfill orders.
• Protect store assets and inventory by adhering to loss prevention procedures and reporting any violations to a supervisor.
• Employ an authentic approach to clienteling, focusing on building long-term relationships with customers and building sales.
• Build a highly satisfied and loyal customer base through engagement, conversion, and capturing customer contact information.
• Assist with all other duties as required by store management.

Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience.
• Naturally competitive and possess an outgoing and fun personality.
• Demonstrate a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.
• Capacity to work collaboratively with all other Psycho Bunny team members to achieve goals.

Qualifications
