About the role

Prime Car Wash is seeking sales professionals to join our Elite Squad of Sales Champions. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of revolutionizing the car wash experience, working both inside our luxury facility and at our greeter stations.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers with warmth and professionalism, setting the stage for an extraordinary experience
• Master the art of persuasion by educating customers on our range of top-tier car wash packages tailored to their needs
• Listen intently to customer preferences, crafting customized recommendations that leave them feeling like VIPs
• Knock objections out of the park with charm and problem-solving prowess
• Unleash sales savvy to upsell and cross-sell like a pro, skyrocketing earning potential with UNLIMITED COMMISSION
• Keep the sales area in prime condition, ensuring products and promotions shine as bright as our service

Qualifications

• Proven sales or customer service experience, preferably in retail or automotive
• Great communication skills and ability to build lasting connections
• Boundless enthusiasm and self-motivation to tackle challenges head-on
• Embrace both outdoor and indoor work environments with excitement
• Navigate point-of-sale systems with ease and rock basic computer skills
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings – that's where the most money is made

Compensation: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
