About the role

We are looking for positive, confident, results-oriented sales team members who love to connect with people and are passionate about health and wellness.

Responsibilities

• Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership
• Set reservations and book follow-up appointments
• Accommodate guests and members, making them feel relaxed and welcome
• Administer studio tours for new guests
• Sell memberships and packages with confidence in a team-based atmosphere
• Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms
• Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area
• Reach out to leads using our CRM with high-energy
• Confidently make outbound phone calls to leads and guests
• Answer all questions about services and the facility

Requirements

• A genuine desire to promote positivity and provide exceptional service
• A consistently fantastic team-player attitude
• A verifiable history of excellent attendance and reliability
• H.S. Diploma and reliable transportation

Schedule

Ability to work 2-3 shifts a week (10-18 hours) with evening and weekend availability.
