About the role

Join the member service team at our upscale sauna studio! We are looking for positive, confident, results-oriented team members who love to connect with people. Evening and weekend availability is a must.

Responsibilities

• Sell memberships with confidence in a team-based atmosphere
• Reach out to leads using our CRM with high energy
• Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership
• Set reservations and book follow-up appointments
• Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome
• Administer studio tours for new guests
• Answer all questions about services and the facility
• Maintain a clean facility, including turnover and cleaning of individual sauna rooms
• Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area

Requirements

• A genuine desire to promote positivity and provide exceptional service
• A consistently fantastic team-player attitude
• A verifiable history of excellent attendance and reliability
• Daytime and weekend availability

Schedule

Part-time, 12-15 hours per week

Hourly pay + commission + free IR sauna membership
