About the role

Join the member service team at our upscale sauna studio! We are looking for positive, confident, results-oriented team members who love to connect with people and are passionate about health and wellness.

Responsibilities

• Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere
• Reach out to leads using our CRM with high energy
• Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership
• Set reservations and book follow-up appointments
• Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome
• Administer studio tours for new guests
• Answer all questions about services and the facility
• Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms
• Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area

Requirements

• A genuine desire to promote positivity and provide exceptional service
• A consistently fantastic team-player attitude
• A verifiable history of excellent attendance
• Evening and weekend availability

Qualifications

No experience is required. We offer comprehensive training.

Pay

Hourly pay plus commission and bonuses based on types of memberships sold, paid out monthly. Competitive pay with successful training completion. During sales training, potential to earn commission when shadowing other sales associates.

Schedule

Schedule flexibility is available to choose shifts from the options below:

• Saturday and Sunday: 7:30 am to 2 pm
• Friday, Saturday, and Sunday: 9 am to 4 pm OR 2 pm to 8 pm
