Sales Associate

About the role

We are looking for positive, confident, results-oriented team members who love to connect with people to join the member service team at our upscale sauna studio.

Responsibilities

• Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere
• Reach out to leads using our CRM with high energy
• Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership
• Set reservations and book follow-up appointments
• Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome
• Administer studio tours for new guests
• Answer all questions about services and the facility
• Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms
• Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area

Requirements

• A genuine desire to promote positivity and provide exceptional service
• A consistently fantastic team-player attitude
• A verifiable history of excellent attendance
• Evening and weekend availability

Pay

Competitive hourly pay with successful training completion plus commission on sales targets.
