Key Responsibilities

• Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and merchandise organization.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism and empathy.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in business or related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Basic math skills and proficiency in using POS systems.
