Key Responsibilities
- PEO Deal & RFP Management
- Own end-to-end coordination of PEO RFP responses, including gathering census data, plan design details, pricing inputs, and compliance requirements.
- Ensure all RFP submissions are accurate, complete, and delivered on time.
- Partner with underwriting based on rep needs to help manage iterations on pricing, risk evaluation, and plan modeling.
- Track all deal milestones and proactively manage timelines to avoid delays.
- Underwriting & Proposal Coordination
- Act as the primary liaison between sales and underwriting to ensure clean, complete submissions.
- Validate census data, payroll information, medical docs required, and claims history for accuracy prior to submission.
- Cook up revisions and ensure producers are equipped with the most current and competitive proposals.
- Prepare and assemble PEO closing kits, including service agreements, census data, and required compliance documentation.
- Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and submitted within required timelines.

- Cross-Functional Deal Coordination
- Serve as the central point of coordination across: Sales, Underwriting, Benefits, Legal, Implementation.
- Drive internal accountability to keep deals progressing efficiently.
- Education & Experience
- 2+ years of experience in complex B2B sales support.
- Experience managing multi-step complex deal cycles (preferred: RFPs and underwriting processes).
- Preferred understanding of: Employee benefits, Payroll data, Risk/underwriting workflows.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel (data validation), and presentation tools.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deals and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
