As a Seasonal/Temporary Sales Associate, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences in our San Francisco Premium store. You’ll help customers elevate their performance with your expertise and passion for advanced eyewear technology and apparel innovation.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and build relationships by connecting with customers and helping them find products that meet their needs.
• Offer tailored advice and recommend eyewear solutions that fit each customer’s lifestyle and preferences.
• Enhance your skills with hands-on training and collaborate with experienced professionals to provide top-tier service.
• Work closely with your team and leadership to maintain a positive, supportive environment where everyone contributes to success.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
• Foster an inclusive and respectful environment for both customers and colleagues.

Requirements

• Passion for customer service; retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills to engage customers and drive sales in a dynamic environment.
• Comfortable using technology to enhance customer experience and maintain accuracy in transactions.
• Keen interest in eyewear and fashion trends, with the ability to help customers find their perfect look.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and resilient in fast-paced environments.

Pay

Pay range: $16.90 - $21.58 per hour. Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills, and local minimum wage requirements. You may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan.
