About the Role

As an Oakley Sales Associate, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences in a global leader in the design, manufacture, and distribution of ophthalmic lenses, frames, and sunglasses. You’ll help customers elevate their performance with your expertise and passion for eyewear and fashion.

• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

Requirements

• Passion for customer service; retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills to engage customers and drive sales in a dynamic environment.
• Comfortable using technology to enhance customer experience and maintain transaction accuracy.
• Keen interest in eyewear and fashion trends, with the ability to help customers find their perfect look.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and resilient in fast-paced environments.

Pay

Pay range: $16.90 - $20.68 per hour. Employee pay is determined by factors including geography, experience, qualifications, skills, and local minimum wage requirements. You may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan.
