About the role

The American Girl Washington, DC retail store (McLean, VA) is seeking dynamic individuals as Sales Department Associates. These positions require interpersonal skills to provide prompt, efficient, and exceptional sales assistance within a customer-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, efficient, and exceptional sales assistance within a customer-oriented environment.
• Must possess basic computer skills; some experience using a POS System is preferable.
• Experience working with children is preferred.
• Willingness to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, nights, and weekends.

Requirements

• Must have sales experience in the specialty retail or service industry.
• Basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
