Sales Associate

What You'll Do

• Support Special Markets managers in end-to-end workflow of custom sales projects
• Regular communication with accounts, publishers, order entry team, and customer service for subscription box orders
• Organized tracking of subscription box licensing projects
• Create title collections and send newsletter blasts to accounts
• New account research and outreach

• Proficient in Microsoft Office & Google Suite
• Strong project management skills
• Extremely organized and detailed
• Skilled in verbal and written communication
• Excellent time management skills
• Able to manage multiple projects at once and prioritize across tasks
• Able to work with a variety of team members and departments across Macmillan

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years of trade publishing experience
• Custom Publishing experience is a plus
• Bachelor’s Degree

Pay

The salary range for the role is $58,000-$60,000.
