Key Responsibilities
- Greeting and assisting customers promptly and courteously
- Operating point-of-sale systems for transactions, refunds, and pricing updates
- Stocking, organizing, and maintaining store shelves, coolers, and displays
- Ensuring cleanliness and safety of the sales floor, restrooms, and exterior areas
- Handling daily paperwork, cash reconciliation, and following food safety guidelines
- Collaborating with team members and adhering to safety protocols
Qualifications and Skills Required
- At least 21 years old, with possible licensing for alcohol sales
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills and cash handling proficiency
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs frequently and stand for extended periods
Preferred Experience
- Previous retail or convenience store experience
- Experience with cash handling and basic bookkeeping
