Sales Associate

About the role

We're looking for Sales Associates to join our team in Old Orchard! This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a team setting, loves connecting with people, and is passionate about spreading Little Words Project's message of kindness and self-love.

Responsibilities

• Share our mission, help guests find the perfect pieces, and personalize recommendations based on their needs.
• Help facilitate in-store beading appointments, parties, and special events—making every visit extra special.
• Aid with transactions at the POS system, answer guest questions, and provide top-notch service.
• Keep the sales floor tidy, well-stocked, and visually inspiring for our guests.
• Assist at the bead bar, tie bracelets, and fulfill custom orders.
• Help with inventory intake, visual merchandising, clienteling, and KPIs to keep the store thriving.
• Other duties as directed by the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager

• Strong communication skills—you love chatting with guests and working with a team.
• Passion for beading, styling, and even capturing fun content in-store.
• Able to work weekends and holidays.
