Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers as they enter the store and assist with locating products, answering questions, and recommending items based on their needs.
• Build and maintain a strong understanding of the store’s products, including features, specifications, pricing, and uses.
• Stay up to date on new arrivals, promotions, and special offers.
• Recognize opportunities to recommend additional or complementary products that enhance the customer’s purchase and overall experience.
• Support customers with special orders or items not available instore, working with other departments or suppliers to ensure timely fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in inside sales, cashier or customer service roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decisionmakers.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and delivering quality customer service.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in managing sales pipelines and documentation.
