SALES ASSOCIATE

Responsibilities

• Assist and advise customers to maximize sales under the supervision of the store management team.
• Provide a warm welcome to every customer and help them find what they’re looking for.
• Explain product details (quality, materials, technical features) and suggest complementary items.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms and meet or exceed personal sales goals.
• Prepare, identify, and place products on the sales floor to create a memorable shopping experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store and backstore.
• Stay informed about new products to share recommendations with customers.
• Accompany customers to the cash register and process transactions.
• Follow and apply policies and procedures from head office departments.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support the team.

Requirements

• Previous sales experience.
• Passion for clothing that celebrates feel-good femininity (e.g., lingerie, sleepwear, swimwear).
• Strong customer service skills, including listening to and addressing customer needs.
• Proactive and conscientious attitude.
• Willingness to work holidays and extended hours during busy periods (based on availability).
• Interest in a career with constant new challenges.
• Functional bilingualism (an asset).

Pay

Hourly salary: $14.64 - $17.75.
