The Opportunity
Are you a design-savvy sales professional with an eye for luxury and a heart for service? We are expanding our team and seeking a talented, high-energy Sales Associate to join our Naples showroom. In this role, you will represent a world-class portfolio of brands, including Kravet, Lee Jofa, Brunschwig & Fils, and Donghia.
Key Responsibilities
- Consultative Selling: Identify designer needs to suggest and sell curated product solutions across all categories (textiles, furniture, wallcoverings, carpet and lighting).
- Inspirational Presentation: Present luxury products in a professional, compelling, and inspirational manner that aligns with each brand’s unique aesthetic.
- Account Management: Diligently follow up on open quotes and leads to maximize conversion and achieve showroom sales goals.
- Business Development: Conduct regular outreach to reactivate dormant accounts and identify new target customer groups to drive territory growth.
- Digital Excellence: Utilize our CRM and proprietary systems to log interactions, manage order statuses, and provide seamless customer service.
Job requirements
- Industry Expertise: Working experience or formal education in Interior Design is highly preferred.
- Sales Hunter Mentality: A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals, specifically in custom home design products (furniture, carpet, etc.).
- Relationship Builder: Natural ability to build long-term client trust and provide "white-glove" customer service.
- Tech-Fluent: Comfortable using CRM systems and digital platforms to manage a high-volume workflow.
- Organizational Mastery: Strong time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual Base Salary: $45,000 – $55,000 (Paid hourly).
- Estimated Base with Commissions: $67,500-$70,000 per year.
- Plus quarterly bonus potential!

Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
