Sales Associate

About the role

We are seeking part-time sales associates to join our team at Kid to Kid. Our mission is to serve the community by paying cash for gently used kids' items and reselling them at great prices, making parenting more affordable.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service
• Help customers find outfits, gifts, and/or specific styles
• Organize racks, merchandise clothing
• Help make posts on social media
• Ring out customers and teach them how to sell to us

Requirements

• Likely to work evenings and weekends
• Flexible schedule
• Ability to cross-train and work in other areas of the store

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Customer service experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills

• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to organize and manage inventory
• Basic computer skills (e.g., using a POS system)
