About the role

BOTE is seeking a Sales Associate to provide exceptional customer experiences and increase customer satisfaction and lifetime value.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the voice of the brand, putting the customer first.
  • Work in the BOTE Destin store, following the store manager's schedule.
  • Learn and confidently discuss BOTE products, including paddleboards, kayaks, skiffs, docks, and accessories.
  • Process transactions, manage inventory, and maintain brand standards.
  • Build lasting relationships with customers to drive loyalty and sales.
  • Lead customer engagement and contribute to achieving sales plans and KPIs.
  • Manage store finances and procedures.

Requirements

  • Equivalent related professional sales experience and open availability.
  • Direct experience in customer experience and sales/KPI targets.
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail.
  • Strong computer skills and adaptability to new software platforms.
  • One year of retail or sales experience.
