About the role
BOTE is seeking a Sales Associate to provide exceptional customer experiences and increase customer satisfaction and lifetime value.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the voice of the brand, putting the customer first.
- Work in the BOTE Destin store, following the store manager's schedule.
- Learn and confidently discuss BOTE products, including paddleboards, kayaks, skiffs, docks, and accessories.
- Process transactions, manage inventory, and maintain brand standards.
- Build lasting relationships with customers to drive loyalty and sales.
- Lead customer engagement and contribute to achieving sales plans and KPIs.
- Manage store finances and procedures.
Requirements
- Equivalent related professional sales experience and open availability.
- Direct experience in customer experience and sales/KPI targets.
- Excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Strong computer skills and adaptability to new software platforms.
- One year of retail or sales experience.
