Key Responsibilities
- Lead Engagement: Call, text, and email inbound and outbound leads to discuss loan products and qualify potential borrowers.
- Loan Intake: Collect borrower information and pre-qualify applicants based on company guidelines.
- Follow-Up: Maintain consistent communication with prospects to move them through the lending pipeline.
- CRM Management: Log all activity and manage tasks within our CRM to ensure accurate tracking of leads and applications.
- Relationship Building: Build rapport with investors, brokers, and agents to create long-term referral relationships.
- Market Knowledge: Stay informed about loan programs, interest rates, and lending trends.
