Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to create a lifelong experience by capturing their customer profile.
• Act with authenticity, sincerity, and transparency.
• Achieve and exceed goals by delivering exceptional experiences in-store and e-commerce.
• Participate in open dialog with team members and celebrate team progress.
• Work with the team to maintain a beautifully presented store.
• Create and maintain a positive and productive work environment that fosters diversity, inclusivity, teamwork, creativity, and a passion for the brand.
• Other duties as assigned.
