Over 150 retail locations exist, each uniquely designed to foster a sense of community and provide personalized service.
Responsibilities
- Act as the Brand Ambassador by embodying the company culture to build strong relationships with clients and communities.
- Provide exemplary client service to create a customer-centric, friendly retail environment that fosters loyalty within communities.
- Drive sales by demonstrating extensive product knowledge and making appropriate suggestions to clients.
- Utilize clienteling tools and outreach techniques to inform customers of upcoming events and new arrivals.
- Support the store manager with operations by completing daily tasks and maintaining areas of responsibility.
- Create and maintain a culture of kindness that is both client and team focused.
- Understand and communicate current merchandise, pricing, and promotions to clients.
- Use selling techniques to help overcome objectives and close sales.
- Participate and take an active role in store events and trunk shows, building a reputation as a local and loyal retailer.
- Effectively use the POS system to collect accurate information and provide exemplary customer service.
- Plan and prioritize daily tasks, ensuring the customer is the top priority.
- Absorb and execute all direction from Retail Operations and the Corporate Office.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, stock room, and common areas to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures and perform other key holder duties in the absence of management.
- Lead by example and maintain the highest level of integrity at all times.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record achieving sales goals and taking accountability for results.
- Possess a positive and self-motivated attitude to win every customer.
- Demonstrate accountability, reliability, and professionalism.
- Have high energy and be results-driven.
- Adapt positively to change and have strong problem-solving skills.
- Able to multi-task, keeping the customer the top priority.
- Comfortable standing for long periods and able to lift up to 30 pounds.
