• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
• An ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive topics.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not required.
• Open-mindedness and a positive attitude towards diversity and inclusivity.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
