Sales Associate

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour (base + commission)

As a HOTWORX Sales Associate, you'll be at the center of the action—helping new members, engaging with the community, and growing our brand.

Responsibilities

• Membership sales – helping new clients start their fitness journey
• Community outreach – spreading the word about HOTWORX and generating leads
• Retail sales & customer service – creating connections and keeping members engaged
• Greet members/guests promptly and enthusiastically; create a friendly, energetic and welcoming atmosphere
• Conduct studio tours for guests and new members
• Respond immediately to member requests, inquiries and concerns
• Conduct professional guest follow up and member communications, via email, text and phone
• Complete daily studio cleaning activities

Comfortable Being Featured On Social Media
Required: Applicants must be willing to participate in social media content, including photos and videos, to help promote HOTWORX and engage with our community. This role includes active brand representation, so confidence in front of the camera is a plus!

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Social media expertise – ability to generate leads through solid promotion on social media (MUST BE WILLING TO PARTICIPATE ON SOCIAL MEDIA)
• Excels in making daily high-volume sales phone calls
• Able to sell HOTWORX as the solution by understanding and addressing customer needs
• Ability to achieve/exceed weekly and monthly sales goals and quotas
• Looking for a long-term part-time position of 15+ hours per week and capability for full-time hours as well depending on availability
• Commission sales: 2 years (Required)
• Fitness sales: 2 years (Required)
• Ability to commute to Renton, WA 98055 (Required)

Schedule

• Staff hours: Monday-Thursday 11 AM–8 PM, Fridays 9 AM–6 PM, Saturdays 9 AM–2 PM
• Open Shift: 10 AM–3 PM
• Closing Shift: 3 PM–8 PM
• Saturday Shift: 8 AM–2 PM
• Flexible for some open shifts if needed
• Night shift preferred
• Sundays: no staff required
