About the role

As a Sales Associate at HEYDUDE, you’ll play a crucial part in creating unforgettable experiences for our consumers. Your role involves delivering exceptional customer service, actively contributing to a positive team culture, assisting in various store departments, and serving as a brand ambassador.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying the V.I.B.E.S service model
  • Champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns, while demonstrating Crocs, Inc. core values
  • Assist in all store departments, including POS system management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations
  • Work closely with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal performance objectives through effective selling strategies
  • Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives, and sharing this knowledge with consumers
  • Adhere to all HEYDUDE policies, including Asset Protection procedures, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance initiatives

Requirements

Must be 16 years or older. Flexibility in the work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours, with regular attendance and punctuality are essential. A team-first approach and a desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment are required.

Qualifications

Ability to move merchandise with appropriate equipment, lift 30 pounds or more with assistance, stand for a minimum of 8 hours per shift, and continuously move around all areas of the store. Read and comprehend instructions, reports, and information on computer/register screens as well as input information into computer systems.

Skills

Must possess excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a passion for retail and customer service.
