Sales Associate
About the role
We are looking for a top-notch, motivated sales associate. Hank’s is one of the largest independent furniture chains in the south and is a family-owned company with 44 years of success. Our store locations span 3 states and total 600,000 square feet of showroom space in 17 locations. We also have an on-hand $11 million inventory for immediate customer delivery in our state-of-the-art 150,000 square foot distribution center. With average sales person commissions exceeding $65,000 per year, Hank’s is an excellent place for you to achieve maximum earning potential. Our staff provides top-notch training and ensures that a sales person with a lot of drive and a good work ethic will be successful in our organization. Hank’s promotes its store management exclusively from the sales floor and our store managers average making $90,000 per year.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products
- Manage inventory and stock shelves
- Participate in training programs
- Work on Saturdays (non-negotiable)
