Sales Associate

About the role

We are looking for a top-notch, motivated sales associate. Hank’s is one of the largest independent furniture chains in the south and is a family-owned company with 44 years of success. Our store locations span 3 states and total 600,000 square feet of showroom space in 17 locations. We also have an on-hand $11 million inventory for immediate customer delivery in our state-of-the-art 150,000 square foot distribution center. With average sales person commissions exceeding $65,000 per year, Hank’s offers excellent earning potential. Our staff provides comprehensive training and ensures a successful career path through promotions from the sales floor to store management, where store managers average $90,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products
• Manage inventory and assist with restocking
• Participate in ongoing training programs
• Work weekends as required
