Job Summary As a Retail Sales Associate at Hank's Fine Furniture, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and contributing to the overall success of our Rogers store location. Responsibilities Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner to understand their needs and preferences Demonstrate product knowledge and assist customers in selecting furniture pieces that meet their requirements Utilize effective sales techniques such as upselling to maximize revenue opportunities Operate POS systems with accuracy and efficiency for seamless transactions Maintain a tidy and organized store environment by restocking merchandise and arranging displays Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is a plus to cater to diverse customer needs Handle cash transactions and operate cash registers securely
