About the Role

Goodwill is looking for friendly, outgoing people to join our growing team in Concord, New Hampshire. This role focuses on "front of the house" responsibilities, creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile, provide assistance, and ensure an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Operate the register accurately and efficiently while maintaining a cheerful and professional demeanor.
• Help create an inviting and organized sales floor by arranging and refreshing merchandise to make room for new products.
• Attend to fitting rooms, ensuring customers have everything they need to make confident purchasing decisions.
• Set a friendly and supportive atmosphere for customers and coworkers, building a sense of community within the store.

Requirements

• Positive attitude and friendly demeanor to create a welcoming work environment.
• Basic math and literacy skills for handling transactions and supporting job duties.
• Basic computer understanding for handling transactions.
• Proficiency in cash handling.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.
• Pass a criminal background check meeting agency standards.
• Ability to exert up to 50 lbs. of force occasionally, 30 lbs. of force frequently, and 10 lbs. of force constantly to move objects.

Qualifications

• Prior retail experience or relevant certification is a plus.
• High school diploma, GED, HiSET, or equivalent educational background.

Pay

$15.25 - $17.00 per hour, depending on experience.
