About the role

Fuel Powersports is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team in West Bend, WI. As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers while helping them find the perfect powersports products to meet their needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide detailed product information and expert advice to help customers make informed purchasing decisions
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
• Keep up to date on product knowledge and industry trends
• Help meet or exceed sales goals and targets set by management

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for powersports and related products is a plus
• Previous retail or sales experience preferred
• Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Basic computer skills for handling transactions and inventory
