Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly
• Understand and meet customer needs
• Promote store events and promotions

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old
• Available to work a flexible schedule
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology
• Good communicator with the ability to engage with customers
• Able to handle customer interactions and potential issues/concerns courteously and professionally
• Use basic information-gathering skills to solve problems
• Essential Job Functions: Frequently operate cash register, frequently move merchandise, frequently ascend/descend ladders, frequently position self to kneel, bend, twist, and stoop, frequently communicate and exchange information with customers, frequently move across the sales floor, must be able to identify and discern email and print instructions, must be able to remain in a stationary, upright position for 80% of the time

Pay

The pay range for this position is [$17 to $17.5 per hour]. Pay may vary based on a number of factors, including but not limited to a candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience; educational background; and geographic location.
