Overview

PHOENIX PHOENIX Retail, LLC operates the Express and Bonobos brands globally. Express focuses on modern, confident, and effortless style for various occasions, while Bonobos is known for exceptional fit and personalized retail. Both brands are available in over 400 stores, 50 Guideshops, and online.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stock room.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure the safety of all associates and customers.
• Aid with product launch changes according to company standards.
• Provide a great customer experience by delivering on all aspects of the customer experience model.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately, reducing customer wait times.
• Resolve customer service-related issues positively and communicate solutions to Store Management.
• Drive credit and loyalty member programs by explaining benefits and encouraging participation.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• High School or equivalent education.
• Minimum 6 months of relevant job experience.
• Proficient in using technology (iPad, registers).
• Meets defined availability criteria, including nights, weekends, and non-business hours.
• Meets physical requirements.

Critical Skills & Attributes

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Customer service skills and ability to interact with customers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.

Pay Range

$12.00 - $19.50 per hour
