About the Role
We are seeking a talented and driven professional to join our team in the exciting medical device sales industry. As a Sales Associate, you will play an integral part in helping Enovis drive the medical technology industry forward by transforming patient care and creating better patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Partners with the Territory Manager in all aspects of the sales call pattern, including covering accounts, promoting products, managing inventory, and converting customers to DJO.
- Assists in meeting and exceeding business targets (quotas) by supporting the Territory Manager and organization.
- Serves as the primary backup contact for Territory Manager(s) and keeps them informed of sales-related activities, market trends, and competitor actions.
- Coordinates daily/weekly scheduling to ensure proper coverage of patient appointments and physician/clinician calls.
- Assists in identifying and qualifying potential sales leads, introducing products to customers, and cultivating relationships with healthcare providers.
- Partners with Territory Manager(s) on inventory management to meet customer needs.
- Provides education to patients on product application, use, care, and expected outcomes, following physician instructions and manufacturer recommendations.
- Delivers, sets up, and instructs patients on the safe and appropriate use of CMF products at medical facilities or private residences.
- Coordinates and submits accurate paperwork for insurance billing, obtains insurance information for verification and pre-authorization, and processes patient documentation daily.
- Follows up on open accounts and maintains thorough records on each patient account.
Qualifications
- High proficiency in MS Office required.
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related healthcare field preferred.
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License and current automobile insurance.
- Willingness to relocate within the specified geography upon assignment to a Territory Manager role.
- Commitment to remaining in the Sales Associate role for a minimum of one year.
- Endorsement and approval from Regional Director and Vice President, Sales, are required to move to a Territory Manager role.

Travel Requirements
Must be able to travel up to 50% of the time, including considerable time spent traveling in a car. Willingness to travel to various locations upon request, using own transportation, is required.
