About the role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic professional to join our Retail Team as an ECCO Brand Ambassador / Sales Associate. Key responsibilities include driving store financial goals, educating guests on product knowledge, operating the cash register, maintaining housekeeping, and assisting with various non-selling tasks.
Responsibilities

- Operate the cash register with accuracy and accountability
- Maintain general housekeeping on a daily basis
- Assist management with shipment processing, stock counts, and product display maintenance
Requirements
Essential requirements include strong communication skills, the ability to prioritize work, superior organizational and follow-up skills, and the ability to exercise good judgment in resolving customer service issues. A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to ECCO's culture of passion, innovation, and sustainability are also necessary.
Qualifications
Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, and prior retail experience is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and a valid driver's license are beneficial.

Key skills include excellent customer service, product knowledge, and the ability to handle cash transactions accurately. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities are also important.
