About the role

Douglas INFINITI is hiring a full-time Automotive Sales Associate to join our new car sales team in Summit, NJ.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them in selecting the right vehicle for their needs and budget
• Explain vehicle features, performance, pricing, and available options
• Conduct test drives following dealership procedures
• Build relationships with customers to generate repeat and referral business
• Maintain and exceed monthly sales goals
• Track and review personal sales performance to improve results

Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, self-motivated, and goal-driven
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
