About the Role

Beyer Volvo of Falls Church, located in the heart of the Virginia Beltway, is seeking energetic, client-care oriented Volvo Brand Specialists to join our growing team. We offer a brand new building, a supportive staff, and a comprehensive training program.

Responsibilities

• Greet and guide customers as they appear on the lot to proceed into the sales process.
• Assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs using current inventory sheets.
• Enhance the sales process by demonstrating vehicle features on the lot.
• Assist customers in completing their sales applications.
• Support management in increasing sales by inspecting the lot’s vehicles daily and reporting any problems to the General Manager.
• Assist management in ensuring the lot is merchandised correctly to maximize sales.
• Help in cleaning and washing vehicles.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday.
• Outgoing and friendly personality, especially while handling objections.
• Quality customer service skills and a proven sales track record.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both one-on-one and over the phone.
• Persuasive and able to overcome customer objections during the sales process.
• Proficient in basic business math, including percentages.
• Capable of learning and using basic Microsoft Office, accounting software, and proprietary sales programs.
• Persistent, competitive, and demonstrates a strong work ethic.
• Focuses on the customer’s needs to enhance dealership and personal sales.
