Employment Status: Full Time
Compensation: $24.40 to $28 per hour DOE, plus end of year bonus eligibility based on sales goals.

About the Role
CRISTA Ministries (“CRISTA”) is a Christian church community that exists to exercise and express its Christian beliefs. CRISTA exists to make known the love of Jesus Christ through demonstrated works of service and ministry. We use every method available so that the people of the world may hear the Gospel, accept Christ as their Savior, and grow in their faith.
Responsibilities
- Promote Miracle Ranch to churches, parachurches, and non-profit organizations.
- Maintain existing and returning groups and seek to reactivate lapsed accounts.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals with established by VP and sales team members.
- Promote Miracle Ranch.
- Maintaining strong knowledge of guest goals while balancing ministry objectives.
- Send out quotes and booking forms as needed.
- Communicate the value of camp and CRISTA Camps offerings to groups. Addressing their needs with thoughtful and creative solutions.
- Work in collaboration with Vice President to establish rates and follow CRISTA Camps’ pricing and negotiation guidelines, with the purpose of growing and generating revenue.
- Collaborative development of sales packages or group offerings.
- Sales may regularly take place at the client or customer’s place of business.
- Provide timely weekly sales report to Vice President and Bookkeeper for commission record keeping.
- Active participation in team meetings.
- Clear follow-through on booking details, paperwork, and internal coordination.
- Communicate with Guest Communications Lead and Program staff to execute a smooth experience for our guests.
Qualifications
- Christ-Centered: Belief that Jesus Christ is Lord and Savior.
- Committed Christian who is dedicated to continued spiritual growth and development as evidenced through a growing personal walk with God (e.g. daily spiritual rhythms of prayer, fellowship, Bible study, etc.).
- Prayfully seeks God’s will in their own lives and in their ministry at CRISTA.
- Engages our ministry including staff and colleagues through prayer, participation in spiritual practices, leading devotionals and other spiritual practices.
- Affirms, aligns with and supports CRISTA’s Statement of Faith and Christian Community Representative Statement (CCC).
- Demonstrates the values of a CRISTA leader.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university recognized by the United States Department of Education or equivalent.
- Relevant work experience may be substituted for education on a year-for-year basis.
- 1 to 3 years of sales experience, recruiting experience, internship program management or leadership training.
Licenses and Certifications
- CPR/First-Aid.
Software Knowledge
- Proficiency with Microsoft office.
Other Considerations
- Experience in ministry, ability to work collaboratively with supervisor, co-workers, and church partners.
- Ability to pass background checks relating to DSHS Secretary’s List of Crimes and Negative Actions. (WAC 388-113).
