About the role
Assist in the operation of the Colorado Rockies Retail Store located at the Littleton Dugout Store.
Responsibilities
- Opening and closing the location
- Retail sales transactions
- Ticket transactions
- Credit card reconciliation
- Inventory maintenance
- Customer service, including answering questions about tickets, in-game promotions, community events, and stadium operations
Requirements
- Previous retail experience
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, nights, and weekends
- Basic Windows computer system knowledge
- Ability to multitask
- Professional manner to handle demands of the store location
Working Conditions
- Ability to stand and move around the store for extended periods, including during peak hours
- Occasional lifting, carrying, and moving store merchandise
- Must be able to perform repetitive tasks, such as stocking shelves and handling merchandise, while maintaining focus on customer service
- Work in a busy retail environment with fluctuating noise levels and a fast-paced atmosphere, particularly during peak hours
- Ability to work in varying store temperatures and conditions
Schedule
Work schedule is based on store hours, which can change during the year. Schedules may vary due to business volume.
Pay
$16.73 per hour
