Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Opening and closing the location
• Retail sales transactions
• Ticket transactions
• Credit Card reconciliation
• Inventory Maintenance
• Customer service is paramount as our associates are responsible for representing the organization and answering questions regarding tickets, in-game promotions, Community Events and stadium operations.

Working Conditions/Work Schedule

• Work schedule is based on store hours. Store hours can change during the year. Schedules can vary due to business volume
• Ability to stand and move around the store for extended periods, including during peak hours
• Occasional lifting, carrying, and moving store merchandise
• Must be able to perform repetitive tasks, such as stocking shelves and handling merchandise, while maintaining focus on customer service
• Work in a busy retail environment with fluctuating noise levels and a fast-paced atmosphere, particularly during peak hours
• Ability to work in varying store temperatures and conditions

Pay

$16.73/hr. This is a part time position not eligible for all company benefits.
