Sales Associate

Core Accountabilities

Drive financial growth by achieving personal sales and key KPI goals.

Aid the management team in all in-store activities to enhance profitability.

Build a dedicated and good-natured team within the store.

Support a positive store environment and embody the Cole Haan culture of customer obsession.

Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain visual merchandising standards.

Ensure operational consistency by adhering to loss prevention, health, and safety policies.

Support store operational consistency by following Cole Haan's policy and procedure.

Requirements

This is a part-time position.

• Candidates must be at least 16 years old.
• Must have the availability and capability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and ability to work effectively with others in a team-oriented setting.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in operating point-of-sale (POS) systems and having professional phone skills.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods.
• Repetitive use of upper extremities.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds regularly.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds occasionally.

State Specific Wage Information

The rate of pay is dependent upon candidates' relevant skills, experience, and location. The minimum wage is $15.00-$17.00 per hour.
