Sales Associate

Core Accountabilities

Drive financial growth by achieving personal sales and key KPI goals.

Aid the management team in all in-store activities to enhance profitability.

Build a dedicated and good-natured team and support a positive store environment.

Act as a dedicated Cole Haan employee and foster a culture of customer obsession.

Deliver extraordinary customer service, maintain visual merchandising standards, and follow operational objectives.

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age
• Two or more years of retail experience
• Availability and ability to work a flexible schedule
• Effective communication, teamwork, and partnership with co-workers and management
• Verbal and written English proficiency
• Multiple task accomplishment in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented and excellent customer service skills
• Strong computer skills: POS systems, Microsoft Office, etc.
• Math and phone skills
• Physical abilities: twisting, bending, squatting, reaching, climbing a ladder, standing for extended periods, using upper extremities, lifting up to 25 pounds regularly, and lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally
