Drive financial growth by achieving personal sales and key KPI goals.
Aid the management team in all in-store activities to enhance profitability.
Build a dedicated and good-natured team.
Create a positive store environment.
Act as a dedicated Cole Haan employee.
Establish a culture of customer obsession that caters to the extraordinary achiever: deliver extraordinary customer service.
Maintain visual merchandising standards consistent with company expectations.
Follow all operational objectives with regards to loss prevention, health, and safety.
Support store operational consistency by following Cole Haan Policy and Procedure.
Requirements
Part-time position.
Candidates must be at least 16 years old.
Must have the availability and ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the demands of a retail business, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
Able to accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Work effectively with others in a team-oriented environment.
Provide excellent customer service.
Able to effectively communicate in verbal and written English.
Able to operate POS systems and have professional phone skills.
Physical Requirements
The ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time, including repetitive use of upper extremities.
The ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds regularly.
The ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds occasionally.

The rate of pay is dependent upon candidates' relevant skills, experience, and location.
