Sales Associate

Supports in the direction of all in-store activities to achieve sales and profitability targets by providing a positive shopping experience to customers through the effective execution of Cole Haan’s selling and service culture.

Responsibilities

• Deliver financial results by achieving personal sales and key KPI goals.
• Assist the management team in all in-store activities to help drive profitability.
• Support a positive store environment and act as a dedicated Cole Haan employee.
• Create a culture of customer obsession by delivering extraordinary customer service.
• Support and maintain visual merchandising standards consistent with company expectations.
• Follow all operational objectives regarding loss prevention, health, and safety.
• Support store operational consistency by adhering to Cole Haan Policy and Procedure.
• Accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must have the availability and ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
• Able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and contribute positively.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively in verbal and written English.
• Operate POS systems and demonstrate professional phone skills.
• Physical requirements include the ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, including repetitive use of upper extremities.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Pay

Rate of pay dependent upon candidates' relevant skills, experience, and location. Pay range: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour.
