Sales Associate

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age
• Availability and ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Positive contribution in a team-oriented environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Effective communication in verbal and written English
• Proficiency in operating POS systems and having professional phone skills

Physical Requirements

• Twist, bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods
• Repetitive use of upper extremities
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds regularly
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds occasionally

Pay and Benefits

• Rate of pay dependent upon candidates' relevant skills, experience, and location
• Pay Range: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
• Benefits: Holiday pay, sick pay up to 80 hours in a plan year, and employee discount
