Drive financial growth by achieving personal sales and key KPI goals.

Aid the management team in all in-store activities to enhance profitability.

Build a dedicated and good-natured team, fostering a positive store environment.

Act as a dedicated Cole Haan employee, embodying the brand's values and culture.

Create a culture of customer obsession that caters to the extraordinary achiever: deliver extraordinary customer service.

Maintain visual merchandising standards consistent with company expectations.

Follow all operational objectives with regards to loss prevention, health, and safety.

Support store operational consistency by following Cole Haan Policy and Procedure.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Available and able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
• Able to accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Work effectively with others in a team-oriented manner.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Able to effectively communicate in verbal and written English.
• Able to operate POS systems and have professional phone skills.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods of time, including repetitive use of upper extremities.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds regularly.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Pay and Benefits

• Rate of pay dependent upon candidates' relevant skills, experience, and location.
• Pay Range: $14.50 - $16.50 per hour.
• Holiday pay, sick pay up to 80 hours in a plan year.
