Sales Associate

Core Accountabilities

Drive financial growth by achieving personal sales and key KPI goals.

Aid the management team in all in-store activities to enhance profitability.

Build a dedicated and good-natured team.

Support a positive store environment.

Act as a dedicated Cole Haan employee.

Create a culture of customer obsession that caters to the extraordinary achiever: deliver extraordinary customer service.

Maintain visual merchandising standards consistent with company expectations.

Follow all operational objectives with regards to loss prevention, health, and safety.

Support store operational consistency by following Cole Haan Policy and Procedure.

Requirements

• Candidates must be at least 16 years of age.
• Candidates must have two or more years of retail experience.
• Candidates must have the availability and ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the demands of a retail business and retail consumer, which may include regular nights, weekends, long and short shifts.
• Candidates must contribute to positive employee relations through effective communication, teamwork, and partnership with co-workers and the management team.
• Candidates must be able to effectively communicate in verbal and written English.
• Candidates must be able to accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidates must be able to work effectively with others in a team-oriented environment and provide excellent customer service.
• Candidates must possess strong computer skills: POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Candidates must have math skills and phone skills.
• Candidates must have the physical ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods of time, including repetitive use of upper extremities.
• Candidates must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds regularly.
• Candidates must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Pay and Benefits

• Rate of pay dependent upon candidates' relevant skills, experience, and location. Minimum wage range: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour.
• Benefits: Part-time role - Sales Lead/Sales Associate/Stock: Holiday pay, sick pay up to 80 hours in a plan year and employee discount.
