• Drive financial growth by achieving personal sales and key KPI goals
• Aid the management team in all in-store activities to enhance profitability

• Maintain visual merchandising standards consistent with company expectations

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age
• Availability and ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, long and short shifts
• Effective communication, teamwork, and partnership with co-workers and management team
• Fluency in verbal and written English
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented and excellent customer service skills
• Strong computer skills: POS Systems and Microsoft Office
• Basic math and phone skills

Physical Requirements

• Twist, bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods
• Regularly lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds
• Occasionally lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
