The Sales Representative at Club Pilates supports the General Manager in studio sales, customer appreciation, retention, and administrative support. Responsibilities include:
- Exceptional customer service
- Using Club Ready software to troubleshoot client account inquiries, manage sales opportunities, and generate reports
- Conducting tours of the studio to potential members
- Contacting prospects/leads to schedule Pilates classes and enroll them in memberships
- Selling memberships and organizing appreciation and retention activities and events
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the Pilates Studio
- Enforcing Club Pilates policies and procedures
- Maintaining a positive, welcoming, and friendly atmosphere in the studio
- Generating personal sales
Qualifications include:
- Confidence in generating personal sales
- Fluency in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to excel in a fast-changing, diverse environment
- Affinity and passion for fitness
- Highly organized, proficient in data management, and able to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Professional, punctual, reliable, and neat
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients, and the general public
- Proficiency with computers and Studio software
Qualifications for this position include:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in retail or fitness sales
Compensation and benefits:
- Competitive compensation based on experience and performance
