Responsibilities

• Crush sales goals by delivering exceptional customer experiences, upselling accessories, and promoting current offers to drive revenue.
• Become a piercing expert through comprehensive training: conduct piercings, educate customers on aftercare, maintain a sterile environment, and address questions or concerns.
• Maintain an inviting store with well-organized displays, easy-to-shop layouts, and visually appealing merchandising.
• Collaborate with your team to create a positive, high-energy environment that motivates both customers and coworkers.
• Represent Claire’s by staying updated on fashion and social media trends, using your knowledge to suggest products and boost sales.
• Support store operations, including processing deliveries, executing visual merchandising, and assisting with promotional activities.
• Encourage customers to share their purchases on social media, turning their Claire’s experience into shareable moments.

Requirements

• Ability to conduct piercings with patience and empathy, especially for young or anxious customers.
• Proficiency in operating a Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently.
• Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts and lift/maneuver 11-35kg (25-75lbs).
• Physical ability to bend, stoop, twist, reach, and climb ladders or step stools while assisting customers and stocking merchandise.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in mathematics and reading comprehension.
• Passion for fashion and knowledge of the latest trends.
• Ability to create curated fashion looks with products during your shift.
